Dr. Sahar Naghibi is a licensed doctor of naturopathic medicine. She practices traditional naturopathic medicine utilizing the healing powers of botanical medicine, homeopathy, physical medicine, and nutrition.
It takes time to determine the root of imbalance~ and in your first 90 minute visit with Dr. Sahar, she will explore the genetic, nutritional, and environmental causes that are contributing to your current state of health. She also spends time getting to know you and your health history in order to understand what your unique goals for wellness and healing are.
She offers individualized food intolerance testing to her patients to determine what is causing inflammation in the body, while also formulating individual botanical and homeopathic medicines in order to restore weakened organ systems. Additionally, she is one of the few providers in Seattle that provides regular constitutional hydrotherapy treatments to patients in order to enhance the body’s innate healing force through improved immune function and detoxification abilities.
