Martina Koller, MD
I believe good relationships foster better communication and trust, both of which are important for providing and receiving excellent health care. I enjoy getting to know my patients so they feel comfortable discussing their health concerns; my intention is to discover the underlying causes of illness and be a supportive coach for improving health.
As a family doctor, I can treat most medical problems and will guide my patients to the right specialists as needed. Through my collaboration with other therapists at Seattle Healing Arts and my studies with holistic physicians, I continue to expand my knowledge of alternative approaches to healing so I can offer my patients an integrated approach for their health care.
I see patients of all ages for preventative, acute illness and chronic disease care. I do not provide obstetrical care, but would love to care for your newborn. I have advanced training in women’s health procedures such as Colposcopy, IUD insertion and endometrial biopsy. I trained in Medical Acupuncture and can see patients for acupuncture only or for primary care that includes acupuncture. I have extensive cross-cultural experience having cared for people from all over the world, and I speak some Spanish.
